I have my personal favourite granola recipe. It is crunchy and slighty sweet and you can vary it with different kinds of nuts depending on what you have at hand. It is very easy to make. I thought making granola yourself is something very sophisticated until I tried it out. This mixture quickly turned out to be my favourite.
I made gravlax! I wanted to do that for a long time. On Friday night I thought this was going to be some kind of experiment but the gravlax turned out to be super good! It is actually not that difficult. And it is so fresh and tasty. A perfect Sunday delight.

It is a wild green plant and a perfect salad green that seems to be forgotten. It was in our vegetable box, but I have never seen it on a farmers market or in a store before. The leaves are succulent and the taste is similar to raw spinach but very mild and more crunchy. I really like it.
